RETURNS

Returns are managed by our logistics team. If you’d like to make a return, you can begin the process by contacting chatzifaye@gmail.com We’ve worked hard to make the return process as easy as possible. In the European Union, simply contact our logistics team. From there, they will send you a DHL return label that you can then print out and affix to the box to be returned. In Greece our team will also send you a Geniki taxidromiki return label, this time including specific information about customs and an explanation about how to proceed.
In either case, if DHL or Geniki taxidromiki are not your preferred shipping service, please contact FayeChatzi.com and we will organize a pickup or dropoff with the appropriate provider for your location.
After the return shipment arrives at our atelier and processed by our logistics team, your order will be fully refunded.
